Rwanda Energy Group Limited (REG)
- The Rwanda Energy Group (REG) was incorporated to expand, maintain and operate the energy infrastructure in the Country through its two subsidiaries the Energy Utility Corporation Limited (EUCL) and the Energy Development Corporation Limited (EDCL). - SOCIETE PETROLIERE Ltd (SP) is a limited liability private company incorporated in the Republic of Rwanda for the importation and distribution of petroleum products. The company originated way back in 1967 as Fina Rwanda. In 1985 merged with BP to create BP Fina Rwanda. In 1998 the company was bought by Engen and the latter was sold to Sakirwa Petroleum S.A in 2001. In 2007, Sakirwa Petroleum changed its name to Societe Petroliere SARL (with SP as its Brand) following a change in its shareholding structure.

Abbarci Petroleum Marketing Company Limited
- We are a private Limited Company registered in Uganda. The company has fully established its LPG facilities and business premises in Kampala. The company is owned by Ali Mohamed Elhassan Abbarci, With 24 years of experience in distribution of petroleum products and execution of LPG Gas in African Countries namely Sudan, South Sudan, Rwanda and now in Uganda.
- Is a Sudanese Private Company registered according to Sudanese Companies Law issued in the year 1925. The Company has been established in the 1993, under the name of Abbarci Gas.
- In the year 1998, the Company name has been changed to Abbarci Petroleum Marketing Company Ltd. to correspond with the Company activities in distribution of other petroleum products such as Diesel, Gasoline and Fuel Oil beside LPG. In the year 2002, the Company built storage tanks and loading facilities for Diesel and Gasoline at the main depot of the Company at El Geilly near Khartoum Refinery.
- Founded in 2010 by AOG, we have inherited a valuable heritage in the oil exploration and production business and benefit from a world-class team. We all share the keen entrepreneurial spirit and operating principles of our founder, Jean Claude Gandur.
