- We have an excellent infrastructure that includes a modern RIETERS spinning machinery with auto coners and two for one twister from Japan modern shuttle less technology with projectile weaving system in wider width looms from Sulzer ruti Switzerland (including machinery to produce multi-color woven designs in fabrics and a Turkish terry towels facility).a six color rotary printing facility from the Netherlands that has a printing capacity of about 5,000,000 yard of fabric per annum, in various other types of printing processes and a garment manufacturing facility that is well equipped with a acomputerised sewing machines and various special purpose equipments like Digital Embroidery machines.
- Our production expansion rate has developed rapidly and today we boast a capacity of 1,000,000 kgs of cotton and polycotton yarn per annum. Modern projectile looms weave various types of cotton blends –width raging from 36 in to 75in with an output of 12 million meters of fabric per year. Weaves include rib-top, herringbone and weft.
